Maybe boring thread for you tuners who heavily modify your 997:s but for those that don't want to go down the irreversible road - what are your best reversible modifications? Doesn't have to be performance parts - could be anything to enhance the car.

By reversible I mean that you easily, let's say with less than one hour DIY per modification can put the car back in original condition (provided you kept the original parts).

It it that easy? I thought it requires fitting the rear spoiler again including updating software etc. I guess you also have drilled holes to fit the aero kit?

Aerokit is bolt on. The front bumper cover will take a while to replace but if you already have the Aerokit front bumper cover ( like on the GTS) the front lip can be swapped in 3 minutes and the rear deck in maybe 45. Yes you need to reprogram the spoiler but that's another 15 min if you have the software already.

My additions that are swappable in a hour would be:
DSC control module
Wheels
Seats
Pedals
Clear Side markers (for US cars)

Any interior carbon fiber parts, most just snap off or a screw or two away from coming loose.

I've got sand beige interior and I changed the following to black: e-brake handle and spine cover, shifter and boot, ignition and headlight switch rosettes, and steering wheel (except the center airbag, I kept it beige). Also put in black floormats and rear shelf mat. Plus clear side markers. All really quick, reversible DIYs and of course I kept all the original parts.

Your 1 hour limit is tough.....

- Red PlastiDipped S
- Shaky hula girl
- Crushed popcorn on inside seat rail
- CTek charging harness

With a little more time....
- Sharkwerks x pipe
- Various interior bits - Macassar center console and arm rests
- USB sockets punched through a hole in the dash cubby
- Numeric shifter

Peace
