Made by McKee, of Autogeek. Wolfgang is the name they gave it, it isn't a German import. I have been using McKee's 37 Ceramic Wheel coating which I think is the same thing and it does help repel brake dust and make removal easier. I was using Rejex but I think the ceramic lasts longer. Has a high gloss and easy application but the surface has to be completed stripped of wax and polymers before application. A little goes a long way, I figure that's why it's expensive. I haven't tried it on body paintwork but it does look good on my painted wheels. They claim longevity of 1-2 years but I can't verify that. Maybe Google could help u out.
