Wall Street Journal columnist had an article about the NA's being a good investment now.

I'm not surprised as all the standard build (non GT) Carreras appear be 3.0 Turbo. I don't care to say that the 997 is the last of……….. but all following are just getting too big and too passive to enjoy driving. I don't focus on investment value but just pure driving pleasure. Sorry?? to say, the same applies to my '88 and '96 which now have become an investment. Last stop on this path will be the GT4 I have coming by late summer. Running out of garage space.

That's how I feel about my NSX. I try and drive it as much as possible, without worry about mileage, but as it does have pretty low mileage for its age, and it looks essentially new still, after nearly twenty years, I am more careful with it, all around. Not the worst problem ever to have, I suppose.

Like my 993 is last of the air cooled, I now may hold onto my 997.1 as the best, last of the NA 911's!
