It would have definitely helped if I were still living in Montreal! Toronto is way closer to Hershey than Boca Raton, Fl. Not sure I'm going to make it, but going to try. Won't recognize anyone's faces, but maybe some cars.

I was going to take the autotrain, but scratched that idea when I booked a meeting for tonight and tomorrow with clients so it's looking more unlikely at this point. May take a drive this weekend to Tail of the Dragon instead.

The Hershey Swap meet is probably one of the coolest things a P-owner enthusiast can do. You have to do it at least once.

You will see me there.... I will be the one in the red Porsche.

Get there early. Regarding food, they only have crappy carni food like french fries and crap.

The vendors, like Rennline, and FabSpeed usually have show sales so do some research before hand if you want anything. Some vendors bring their entire shop in a truck and set up... so if you want a Nomex suite or simple P-valve stem caps, it is all there.

I love the "for sale" lot...... just cool.

The highway ride there is a hoot too as you will be passed by nuts in FrankenPorsches doing tripple digits.... a real parade.

This'll be my first Swap Meet. I'll try to find you, be good to connect with "local" RLister's.

Some folks are telling me there is a meet point for the caravan at the toll plaza in KOP. I was thinking i'd get to that meet point around 8:30, and at Hershey by 9:30ish? Is that "too late"? I just want to be able to park with the "group", but I'm not looking to buy some rare item where I need to be there before anyone else...

Got your cell number so will reach out Sat - no need to get there too early unless you are looking for parts but it does get crowded so early is not a bad idea. Esp since the weather will be fabulous!!
