Question about installing Getty Ducktail
 

Hey Ducktail owners, Quick question:

Got my ducktail, but the instructions that came with it make no reference about how to install the mesh/grates under the air intake holes.

So, how do you install them?

They are just epoxied on. I picked up a previously owned duck tail a while back and I am not sure if it was a Getty design or not but the mesh screen was sloppily epoxied on. I neither cared for the epoxy work or the mesh so I made up some fiber glass mounts with a nut in them and epoxied them to the inside lip of the openings and found a more desirable plastic screen and affixed them with some screws with a bit of loc-tite.
