I have been told only the 997.2 and newer AWD cars do

Factory recommends changing the AWD controller oil every 60K miles...so I assume theres a controller.
Ok, just reading it...that's for 997 Turbos, not 4 and 4S.

Yes I saw the turbo thread but nothing specifically for the 4S
