How's the 3M spray adhesive working? I've always read that something a bit more substantial is needed. Good instruction over on the other site. I'll definitely be doing this as I have all of extra trim pieces in odd colors from ebay
One thing I was wondering how to accomplish is maybe getting some white stitching done prior to the install of the alcantara. I suppose I can stretch it as I would if I were installing it, clip it in place with something and draw out where I want stitching.

kkswow12 - I have looked into the door speakers, but decided not to do them. Most of my leather upgrades were factory OEM parts. But the only way to get the OEM door speakers would have been a custom order when ordering new from Porsche. Going the aftermarket route would mean shipping the door panels to a shop, which I'm not willing to do. So I'll live with my plastic door speakers. LOL.

It includes the roof pieces and loudspeaker trim on the turbo 997. I know also sun visors are possible. and vent trim. Looks really nice but for me the cost would simply be too high so I settle with what I have
