That car should sell very quickly. Wish it was closer to me. Not that I need it, I already have a very similar car, but I’d love to check it out.

Your base PDK should sell fast on here for $41k. I would list it unless he offers you close to that and makes your life easy.
Thanks!

Yeah, I'm really considering the switch, especially if I can get away with minimal cash out. I'm not sure what the mileage hit will be in the future with it being at 71k already, but I've really been itching for a manual gearbox recently.

Kind of tempted to see what deal he can do if I trade my 09 Base PDK but with 25k miles.
I've been finding a lot of 997.2 in the low 40's and even high 30's. I'm in the market for a clean 997.2, how much do you want to sell yours to a fellow rennlister? You can PM me if you want.

If I'm being honest, I'm not really ready to let go of mine unless there is a 100% replacement for it. I will check out the one I posted above and if it pans out, I can PM you. I just don't want to sell mine and find out that I won't be able to replace it without forking over a lot more money.

Sounds like a plan, take your time finding the one you want. If you do, contact me and maybe we can make a deal. This will be my weekend toy so not in a rush.

2007 C2S w/X51 setup and Bilstein Damptronics. It has a AWE exhaust and sport seats. It has an accident history, but nothing major (front and rear bumpers replaced) with one owner. Atlas Grey. I think the price is close given the accident history. It may be a lot of car for someone at that price: it is a $50k car if accident free.

Shoot, I was just in Austin last week for a business trip! That's a nice car for the price if you're OK with the accident history.

Bummer! Definitely a good price, even with the recent drop in .1 pricing.

Has anyone bought through Carmax? It seems like you have to pay to have the car brought to you locally and then you can inspect?

You have to purchase the car to get a PPI done. You have 7 days to return it if the PPI fails. It is a bit of a hassle, as your are out the transfer fee, but it is the only way they do business.
