X3 for Lightstream. Amazingly simple.

What did your friend think about mechanicals? I'm looking for less a garage queen and more a DE car...
Smokin' deal if everything checks out.

It is a good car, but the owner said it has one carfax accident and another one where he ran over a parking curb and had significant damage. I have no reason to believe the repairs were not done well, but it does change the value equation a bit.

What kind of rate? It almost sounds too good to be true. On my last loan, they wanted paystubs and last 2 years' taxes, even though I was putting 40% down. I got a great rate though (2.89%).

My two LightStream loans are:
2.59% for 60 months funded 6/16/17
3.69% for 60 months funded 10/1/18
Rates are higher now, but still competitive with others listed online. They will also beat any rate from a competing lender by 0.1%. If you have top tier credit, I cannot think of a reason to go anywhere else.

My local credit union does loans on any year car at 1.99% for 7 years, but you have to live in the county to be a member.

Adaptive sport seats and full leather as well. $124k original MSRP. You would be hard pressed to find a higher sticker for a 997.1 C2S.

I don't know which is more impressive, the build sheet on the X51 you posted or the rates your credit union offers

Accident history though; hard to say how bad it is! Still, great car if it checks out.

I have seen very few X51 equipped 997.1 models sell. One went on BAT last winter for around $52k, but with a very clean history and in Slate, which is a rare color.

Very true but it’s from 2007 which is better than 2018...

What do you guys think of this? https://backwebs.homenetinc.com/norh...B29999S722502/ - 09 Carrera S, 6 speed but 71k miles. $43,900.

Kind of tempted to see what deal he can do if I trade my 09 Base PDK but with 25k miles.

If it checks out, I would go for it if you plan on driving it.

I don't think that is a bad price at all. I sold mine last year, which was a similar build but with full natural leather, with 12,000 miles for $60k.

Your base PDK should sell fast on here for $41k. I would list it unless he offers you close to that and makes your life easy.

Did I read this wrong?

Anyways, I called about the car to see what was up with it. Nobody called me back, so it probably has sold. Definitely seemed "too good to be true"; like the deal one finds when a car like this is traded into a Ford dealer.
