Very good price for a 2011 base with PDK and SC, if the car checks out... I would be all over this if this showed up two weeks ago (we ended up getting another 997.2 earlier this week).

By the way, the silver one in the listing doesn't have parking assist in the build sheet, however, the picture shows sensor-looking thingies on the rear bumper. Maybe worth to take a look if the bumper was replaced or if sensors were retrofitted. Just thought I flag it for potential pursuers.

I'm on your side. Spend $1000 to do the coils and net $500 on the sale? No way. It's standard maintenance and if that's all that needs to be done then it's a non issue. Just deferred. Give the next guy something to do.
Very different if a car has damage or multiple issues. From what I've read it doesn't seem to be the case here.

Time and time again, I have purchased cars needing services and what seemed to be a little bit of work for what seemed to be great deals only to have them later become horrible deals chasing down issues or while we were in there problems.
If you want top dollar for your car and you want to attract purchasers with a bit of experience of buying and selling these types of cars over a decent period of time, sell it FIXED.
Being so cheap as to not change the oil alone would make me wonder what else was skimped on. It may pass a PPI now for the most part, but STUFF goes wrong quicker and breaks more frequently over time on cars that were not well and timely maintained.
Stuff like coil . . . would be a super shame for a purchaser to purchase car, change them and then realize oops . . .. not the coils.
