Looks like the car is now listed in an auction format on eBay so we can see how high the bids get. Also according to factory build records this car came with the AeroKit. Previous owner must have changed it to standard lid and splitter. That can't help the value.

I was wondering where the aerokit was, as well. Get the popcorn!

Read the item description.
In an effort to keep a low profile, the seller replaced the AeroKit rear decklid with a standard GTS decklid, however the original Aerokit Decklid and spoiler are still present and will stay with the vehicle.

Thanks to those that commented on my earlier posts about the high mileage black 09...I've found another possible target. Another 09 with half the miles but 10K more. Debating which was to go, I guess it boils down to what I want to spend, Both have been maintained very well.

Cargurus has a few 2005-2007 C2S examples in the $31K - $35K range with 70K-78K miles. They look like good and clean examples. They seem to be good deals but they have been on the market awhile. I wonder why.

Because high mileage C2Ss are a dime a dozen and people price them like any other used car. They are over 10 years old, out of warranty, and approaching the mileage where components will start to fail and repair expenses need to be considered. I'm not saying there is anything wrong with these cars, I'm just saying why they don't command a price premium like some other used Porsche's which may be more unique models, have harder to find options, and/or have lower mileage.

I suppose so. But if the service history is good and a PPI checks out, these are great deals. Since the mileage is high, the chance of any major failure would be slim. New clutch maybe if not already replaced and if not, that's not a huge ticket item. If taken care of these cars have years of life and fun left. But if I was looking for my first one and not knowledgeable, I can see why I might be hesitant to buy. Personally, getting a good example like these for around $30K, if everything checks out, …. its a great deal IMO. Everything is a risk though, even low mileage one.s

Good lookin ride for someone who is not afraid of a few miles. I love two tone interiors. Looks like PCCBs too.

What do you think my car is worth? I am considering selling my 2009 C4S. MGM, full black leather, manual, 52k miles, all records, PSE, clutch has been serviced and all services are up to date. I am considering putting it on BAT if I can't generate much interest here. It is a great car, but my wife got a GT4 and has fallen in love, and I don't drive the C4S enough.
