I had the same design Turbo ii on my previous Panamera. Great wheels and easy to clean.
Personally I go through a tonne of wheel cleaner with 3 sets of black wheels to maintain. I use Meguiar's Aluminium Wheel cleaner because it is one of the mildest cleaners out there, yet still very effective. It's also very cheap, which is good considering how much I spend on the rest of my detailing arsenal

Also because it is not harsh it will be better for your calipers over the long term.

I was a bit concerned about how much work it would be to keep clean, but it sure does look good!

Ah... I should have known... My old stomping grounds. (I spent 3 years in Berkeley 1999-2001). Not sure I ever hit that road. Would have been lovely in my little Alfa Romeo back then...!

Looks like they setup cones in the parking lot, did he get to drive it on the actual track course? That is a fun road to track to drive.
