Default A little help - body work

Wanted to gain a bit of insight into what it SHOULD cost to correct a couple of cosmetic scratches left from prior owner (see pics).

Secondly - the off white panel (in my case) just in front of rear tires is scuffed. Is that just a 'sticker' to replace?

Thanks much for the help from a newbie.

Practically nothing those bumpperettes come right off. And you can use a good clay bar wax job.

those 2 bumperettes will have to be repainted to fix, just depends on the body shop, the decals on quarter panels come off, replace like clear bra

I'd just us with Plastic-dip first, in white or even try black! US$10-20 at most!
