Default Racing at the Tire Rack test facility

Crossposted in the Autocross forum.

Lots of fun. I haven't been here in four years or so.

Where tires go to live and die, I suppose.

Awesome! Thanks for posting. I only wish some of our autocross events had long stretches like that!

Looks like a blast. Watched your video. You looked great. I thought to myself "all those cones, left, right, straight? How does he get them all correct?".
I like the last few seconds. That's more like me. kudos to you.

Thanks for having us!

Now I need a set of RE71Rs ...

As an aside, how often do people mistake the RE71 Denloc tires with the RE71Rs?

Great derp reel, Kev. You would have had some more material had you gone out with us Sat. One rare African Exploding Sparrow tried to make out with my front end at 100+. I said "nuh-uhh" and it went *kaboom*. And Erzhe had a pucker moment after throwing the anchor out when a turkey jumped out of the grass to yell happy birthday. I'll email you our next route for early August.

Love the outtakes at the end Carmichael! I was out of town and missed that event. Taking my mom and wife to the PCNA world tour this weekend.

LOL

Yeah, Wisconsin doesn't disappoint with the wild Turkeys roaming about. The last time I almost had an early Thanksgiving dinner was ~6 years ago heading up to Shawano mid-summer to run the US Air karting complex in my HPV-100. I bet Erzhe gave those DOT-R tires a workout during that panic stop.

How did you enjoy New Glarus? Did you pick up a case of Spotted Cow or Totally Naked at the brewery?

This was a FIB turkey. We went south for a half day trip to Kankakee with the rain looming the rest of the day. Great route but not as twisty as we would have liked. Definitely got to stretch the legs a bit lets just say. I'm OOT this weekend but I'll ping you for next weekend if you want to get together.
