I am most impressed that you remembered to reset the trip odometer at 90189 miles.

Good planning.

Impressions of a manual 997.1 with about 308K miles on the clock: https://jalopnik.com/what-do-300-000...-91-1849175331

Hello everyone 👋

Here is "new to me" 997 manufactured in December 2004.

I believe it has original engine and IMS. Manual transmission was rebuilt by Porsche dealer about a year ago.

Running strong 💪

Some wear and tear on the seats but most of the buttons and switches in a really good shape. Maybe some of them been replaced. New engine mounts, new clutch, new rear wheel bearings. Been serviced consistently. Original paint in decent shape. Need to remove some questionable "tuning" like tinted headlights and adjust the coilovers but overall pretty impressive.

2006 997 C4 - Bore Scope Inspection done at 106,100 miles when I purchased it 11/2021. All cylinders clean
Motul oil always used and always garaged by previous Engineer owner.
I don't drive it often - DInners out with wife and occasional short road trip

Currently 107,150 miles

There is a black leather treatment Dye (Urad) that will make your seat bolsters and any other worn leather surfaces look like new. Stuff is amazing!
*Your car looks like atlas Grey?? I had a 2005 997S in Atlas Grey years ago

I've got 106k on mine and it's got some minor wear and tear on the soft rubber interior pieces but you'd never in a million years guess it had that many miles. Runs great, fun as hell and no symptoms of any issues.

I know some of the upgrades are questionable, but the steering wheel and aero bumper definitely aren't. Looks great. You should try and confirm original IMS and engine if you can though, gives hope for the rest of us owners!
