Default 24 Hours of Le Mans at Porsche in Stuttgart - Zuffenhausen

I wanted to share my experience from attending the 24 Hours of Le Mans that was celebrated at the Porsche Museum/Factory in Zuffenhausen. We live about 1 kilometer from the Museum so we walked down on Saturday 13 June. It started around 11am Saturday with demonstrations of the classic racing cars from each decade starting with the 50s. The drivers were a mixture of Porsche legends and current Super Cup drivers. There were numerous lounges set up throughout the museum with food and drinks for sale. Entrance to the museum was free and it was open the entire time of the race. Enjoy.

Great stuff, thanks for sharing! I was there 6 weeks ago and they were restoring the Carrera Panamericana Spyder at the museum shop at the time. Glad to see it running!

That looks like a great time. I've been to the museum a couple times and have enjoyed each visit.

How is that the #23 Porsche 917 1st Le Mans winner at the Museum? I thought it was at a private collection in CA. Borrowed by Museum?
