Hello Members,
I live in Central Florida. I have been lurking this site for many years, waiting for my chance to become a Porsche owner. Well that time is now, I purchased a low mileage GT Silver 2006 coupe with PSE. The members on this site are true enthusiasts, I have learned a great deal about these cars from you.

Congratulations! Love GT silver. My last 911 was also a 2006 Carrera in non-GT silver with the same wheels. Those are one of my favorite wheels, classic looks and easy to clean. Traded mine in with about 78k miles but you couldn't tell without looking at the odometer.

Thanks everyone the car has been taken care of, its clean inside and out. Coming from the BMW world, their are some basic questions I still have. Operating the car, its a 6 speed. Do you have to let the oil temp get to 200 degrees before you take it up past 4000 rpm? And what kind of soap do you use to wash the car?
