I applied a coat of Rejex last weekend and put the summer tires & wheels back on the car. The Spring pollen onslaught will begin soon, so I thought I should prepare for it so the pollen washes off easily.

Three Wheelin'
Pollen has been out since January in SoCal.....never had a winter or spring this year. It's been in the 80's and 90's for nearly a month now,
Perhaps I'll wax from left to right this time just to think it's different.

Two pages, eh? That's a pretty low bar.
I think I will clean out the accumulated jackets and sweat shirts from the back seat. My special birthday hat has permanent residence back there.
My illuminated door sills did not arrive on Friday, so that will need to wait for next week.
A brisk drive is always the best solution to cleaning pollen. Not so good on removing bugs.
As an aside, driving up the 1 yesterday just before Tomales, a bird flew up from the water and managed a perfect trajectory to my front bumper. I thought of a recent post regarding a turkey. I watched him disappear in front of the car and then rise up over the hood and past the center of the windshield. Quite graceful. It was like he turned all of his momentum 90 degrees to his right. Half an hour later, stopping at the lower end of Chileno Valley, there wasn't a single mark on the car (from the bird, these cars still kill bugs fast).
Two pages? Surely we can do better!

Too cold in Chi to install my Sharkwerks bypass. So it sits in the box for at least another week. What a bunch of malarkey.

I changed my blinker fluid today, but I had to go to three different auto parts stores to find the clear blinker fluid. Most parts stores carry only the amber blinker fluid.
