paint/plastidip the center section between the exhuast tips black using the oem bumper line as a guide.
yes, it would look on the tacky side; especially now since the rear bumper would look too aggressive for the cleaner front bumper.

it was a 997.1 -> 997.2 conversion done in the UK.
he chose to use the rear gts bumper. with that said the car was nicely done but i would have just used the standard NB rear bumper and painted the lower diffuser section black (which i think is the only difference between the gts rear bumper vs a 997.2 WB rear bumper).
