Default Anyone seen this TPMS error?

After the very last session yesterday, I started the car to drive home and I got an "add air, -4 PSI" error. But when you switch the MFA to the tire pressure mode, all pressures look good. And no, the tire isn't flat

Can I just reset this? Or does it need to go to the dealer?

And two pics of a quiet track day for good measure

I am not a track junky, but for normal driving, 26/34 is very low to me. I keep mine at 34/37.

I imagine that 26/34 is great for track day driving as the tires have a tremendous amount of heat build up and the need to keep the psi below 40.

just my 2 cents.

Bet the weather changed and you are seeing some low temps - this will cause the tire pressure to drop and set off the TPMS errors. Just re-inflate your tires.

Look in the manual, you can change the settings for when the alert comes on. Its a pressure differential alert. Its buried in the manual pretty deep and it takes some actions with the stalk to set it they way you want it to alert for the differential.

Ah, ok. I thought it was telling me I had -4 psi. That's why I was curious about the difference between the readings. Maybe it's just Error #-4?

It's very possible the weather dropped the pressures enough to set that off... I'll take a look when i get out of work.

No, its telling you that its set to let you know when you have a 4 psi difference between the values. So if you have it set to 37 psi as the standard setting.......and it got to 33 psi...it alerted. You can set the reference level and the difference level for the alert. It will also alert on too much pressure as well. Its Porsches way of letting you know whats going on via the differences in pressure, not absolute. Its mostly a track thing toy. Ive read through the manual, but not set mine either.

Ohhhhh, ok cool. I clearly am low on sleep for me to post something like this. I was over thinking it. Like tearing the wiring harness out of a car just to diagnose a blown fuse

I think what tricked me was I never changed my tire pressure so I didn't expect it to drop like it did. But the weather was pretty cold and nasty coming home.

Thanks all! Sorry for the dumb post.
