Recently picked up a 2007 997TT. Loving the car except for one thing.

The Navigation will not get past the "Starting Navigation" screen.

It's grabbing satellites so I don't think it's a antenna connection issue. I removed and reinserted the disk in frunt and tried a soft reboot.

Any help?

On a .1, try pressing 1-4-8 simultaneously and hold... that should reset the unit. (On a .2, you press and hold INFO). If this is not the magic reset combo... do some Goggling... there is a secret set of buttons that will reset it.

thanks so much for the suggestion. I should have put in my original posting that I’ve done that a couple of times hoping it would clear the problem.
