Congrats on your new baby!

Don't worry about the curb rash. It won't be long before you'll be shopping for some 19s to replace the 18s (I know from experience). Keep the 18s for some snow tires after you do.

That's too funny. I was already looking at Sport Design 19s.

Congratulations!

Those lift gates can be a pain sometimes. Never fun to be stuck 20 hours from home with a car 10ft in the air due to a failed microswitch. Glad it worked out that they were able to fix it quickly!

Welcome to the Porsche family. Such tales are a part of the fun of ownership. Now for the winter wait. While I'm sitting in 80ºF weather with my top down I have considerable empathy for those stuff in the rust belt, awaiting the opportunity to get their cars off the battery tenders.

Beautiful car. Congrats from a fellow SE Michigander! I live only a few miles down the road from Reliable's depot and they have brought me several presents over the years, too

As for a place for service, a number of people in the local PCA chapter referred me to Tim Pott at Rennstatt in Ann Arbor. Good experiences there so far.

Thanks Aquary for the welcome and for the service tip--I'll give them a look.

I've used Reliable's services for years in my line of work and they live up to their name.

Look forward to seeing you avoiding I-96 this summer!

Great color combo... looked for a white myself but it after missing out on 2 cars I "settled"

Your delivery reminds me of my own delivery a couple years back of my 997.1 - driver calls late evening and says he wont be able to make it to our meeting spot till 430am (1st estimate was 10pm). Offers to either meet at 430am or 72+ hours later on the way back from a further stop up north. Need I tell you which I picked?
