Default Michelin Pilot Super Sports

Does anyone know if these are in inventory anywhere? I'm looking for a set of 305 30R 19's, and usual sources (Tire Rack) are back-ordered.

Thanks in advance.

Here is a link where a tire rack rep chimed in (on page 2). I believe he stated that they should be coming in in November, I know it is almost January, so maybe soon. Not much help I know, maybe he will chime back in. He may take a PM. https://rennlist.com/forums/997-foru...t=ss+backorder

If no luck, try Bridgestone S-04, great tire at even a greater price.

I ordered them from Tire Rack back in early October and had to wait until mid-Novemeber for them. These seem to be perennially on back order so, unless you get lucky with timing, no way to avoid it.

I had to wait about 20+ days for my rears. Ordered at tire rack in November, received mid December. So glad I didn't jump ship to a different brand. These tires are fantastic!

There were a few sets of new on ebay. May be worth checking out.

When I got mine they were out of stock and on backorder according to every online retailer.. Went to my local shop and they had them in the next day.

Well, there is at least one good thing about constantly having to wait for restocking: the tires ought to have very current manufacturing dates and not go out of date before we can wear them out.

When I checked Tire Rack, it said they were available for delivery 1/17.

I had to wait about a month for the 305's. Fronts and rears (295's) were in stock at my dealer. Installed about 2 weeks ago and very happy.

Good luck,

Dave

Why is there such a strong following for the Michelin tires? I've heard little to no support for the Bridgestones. I use the Michelin Power Pures for my motorcycles so I know they make a mean tire.

+1, didn't have the luxury of waiting for internet backorder, local franchise of a national retailer had them in the same day (295s).
