Default FS: 2011 997.2 GT3 Decklid and Wing Assembly in Carrara White

Assembly is being sold by the original owner and was removed in as-new condition at 9700 miles. 3M film was applied to the leading edge of the wing and uprights when the car was new and can be removed if desired. "GT3" badge are factory pieces that were painted Carrara White and can be easily removed as well.

Retail price of the parts required to make up this assembly is $15,390. Asking $5K; will consider reasonable offers. Please send PM for itemized list of part numbers and their cost. Located in Pittsburgh. Best regards, David

I have seen this lid in person and can vouch for condition. It's amazing how much lighter it is than regular 997/997s wing with automatic spoiler. Definitely a nice upgrade!

Does anyone know off the top of their heads if this can fit on a 997.2 4 GTS? (widebody)

Gents,
It is my understanding (based on discussions with the SM at my local Porsche dealership) that the "structural geometry" of the deck lid and its attachment to the car is the same on all 997's regardless of model. In the case of your GTS it has different fenders than a "narrow-body" but the deck lid would bolt right on. You would remove the electric cooling fan from your deck lid and install on the GT3 one ~ the wiring harness is the same. Send me a PM if you'd like to discuss this in greater detail. Best, Dave
