One piece of plastic underneath each filter. Just laying there, one on each side. Looks like something broke and this is the debris but everything looks intact. Any ideas?

It has to be something from the airbox itself , one of the snorkel inlet tracts or the black plastic grill underneath the rear wing ?

I agree looks like a support for the duct, possibly on the inside the flex part. Scourer the other side in an attempt to find a match.

Given the number of things that air intakes like to ingest, good chance it's part of someone else's car.

I would be less concerned with it being before the filter, and thus caught by the filter and not ingested my the motor. Check up stream for missing or broken pieces. If it were my car, it would from the front air-dam hitting a speed bump.
