My poor car - wrap up

My poor car - wrap up
There's a pun in the title
I just wanted to take a moment to thank the Rennlist community for their support and guidance with respect to the issues I encountered with my 911 GTS cab from Beverly Hills Porsche.
The matter is now closed. BHP sent a check and an apology. Neither come close to compensating me but I don't have the patience or heart to drag this out any further. I've agreed to stop criticising BHP but I didn't agree to state we'd reached an amicable settlement. PCNA never contacted me, so they clearly have no interest in the matter, which is a huge disappointment.
Anyways, I got the car wrapped (see link) and I'm very happy with the results. I'll have to deal with what's under the wrap at some point in the future but right now I'm going to enjoy my car
Thanks again everyone, what a great community you are.

Three Wheelin'
Glad it all worked out. I recall you mentioning the Bay Bridge being closed; I'm in Oakland and around the East Bay about half the time so if you ever see my car beep or flash your lights or something. (I have absolutely no problem with a silver/grey Porsche but it's probably easier for anyone to spot Turquoise Blue than Silver.)
It's very possible that PCNA did apply pressure on BHP to settle the matter. No one wants to air dirty laundry in public and it seems to make more corporate sense for PCNA to officially not take a position with you and deal with the matter internally. (You certainly had a case but itmay be an internal practice to not publicly side with a consumer against a dealer - and a dealer you need to rely on, however questionable their practices, to move your sheet metal.) Plus, I just don't think BHP acted out of the goodness of their heart or a desire to do the right thing. Some substantive communication from PCNA, even non-committal, however, would have probably been a good idea.

I'm in the Bay Area as well. Now, log on to the GGR PCA site and sign up for Laguna Seca in November ;-)
