It appears that you are talking about the front fog light assembly in your case (OP was referring to the side light).

There is a second catch. Just use the card a second time after the partial pop-out and you should be able to get it the rest of the way free.

I am no help but wanted to subscribe. My car throws warnings for both front side lights, has done this since I bought it a year ago, and I've changed to bulbs to stock.
