A header back system will give you the best sound gains without modifying headers. Think the X pipe is a minimal increase in sound, and to me not the most effective route. After that, headers and an ECU tune are a good combination.

Well I took the plunge today and did my first modification, installed a Sharkwerks center muffler bypass. I love the exhaust note at 4K RPM. Not sure about increase in HP but Sharkwerks dyno says an additional 10 HP to the wheels.
