Nope. Who cares. Best all around tire.

As others have mentioned, the minimum wage workers at Costco don't have the right mind-set for aesthetics.

I foolishly had new tires put on my Lexus at a Discount Tire Center. They hammered wheel weights onto the outside faces of the rims, and put huge scratches in the rims too. At least the manager was reasonable, and had my wheels sent out to be refinished when I showed him what his workers had done, but it was a hassle.

Would an alignment be recommended after mounting new tires?

Depends......if the old tires show unusual wear or slight pulling, get it aligned. If the tire wear was even and no unusual cupping, etc., not really needed.

Michelin Super Sports highly rated and cheaper than PS2's. Replaced the PS2's with SS, never looked back.

Looks like I'm gonna go with the Michelin Super Sports... does anyone know where I can go for Road Force Balancing in Westchester County, New York?

I ordered my tires off tire rack and had them sent directly to my dealer. This seems to be the best way to change them correctly, I wouldn't let Costco touch my car.

I got Super sports, they are great, but honestly the amount of praise is a bit over-stated.

For street driving, all three would do. RE050 is N-rated and cheapest of them N-series and have done well... so I'd not 100% dismiss it.

PS2 is just a bit too much money for what it is.

I bought a set of PSS, and the car felt soft.
I removed them after 50 miles and paid the extra for PS2 N2.
I will never try a set without the N spec again.

Do not let costco touch your car, take it from me, I had to learn the hard way.

Switched from RE050 to Super Sports, and I would agree the SS ride better and are quieter, and the grip seems very good.
