Default Updated my Website. Take a look.

After considerable time and effort I finally launched my NEW website.

www.classic9leathershop.com

I don't have a QA staff so if you find any errors or whatever, please be gentle. I did this entire thing myself.

Of course I started with a template supplied by the ecart folk but all the content, prices, descriptions, photos and editing, links, text, formatting and grammar are all mine.

There's some new products and I updated the photo galleries. And of course the unavoidable price increases.

Despite the thousands of photos I've taken of our work over the years, I've missing some good "before" pictures and some of other finished products.
If you have some pix of work I've done for you and want them displayed, please send them on. I hope to add a gallery showing before and after when business slows in the fall.

I've also been meaning to add a "links" page to some customers sites and other vendors. That will come in the next few weeks I think.
If you got a recommendation, maybe your own site or a good parts/service source, please pass it on.

Thanks to everyone for your support. The last seven years has been a successful and enjoyable venture and I look forward to many more.

Are you saying the site doesn't display in Chrome?

It was checked in in IE, Firefox, and Opera.
I wonder if Chrome does something differently.

The link in your first line works. The link imbedded as the name of your site in the second line doesn't work. This is in Safari. I can't speak for other browsers.

There was a typo in the above link. Nothing wrong on the site end.

Wow, great effort and looks like quality craftsmanship based on the photos. I know how time consuming it can be to put something like that together so great job.

FYI -- the Home, Photos, and Useful info links at the top don't jump out at me, the only reason I saw them was because of another poster from this thread who mentioned the photo gallery wasn't working. You may want to consider moving those down below your header image to make them pop a bit more.. Just a suggestion!

Otherwise works great here - running Chrome @ 1366x768 resolution.

No problem in Chrome except that some photos didn't load - but that's likely due to the firewall here at work that blocks certain photo hosting sites.

I didn't read the ENTIRE site but I did bump around a bit. It looks good! Here are the only problems I found, both trivial, on your "about us" page:

I've been a car guy all my life(62 years).

Put a space between "life" and the left paren.

at the end:
911 interior panels with Classic 9 Leather Shop for comedian

remove the extra space between "Shop" and "for".

Just stylistically, I would make the links shorter. For example, the link to the Jay Leno car encompasses 7 or more words (I didn't count). I'd just pick one word (like "car") and make that the link. No biggee.

Best of luck!

Thanks. I thought the same after it went live.
I'll make that change.

Thanks very much.

I'll make those corrections.

nice work.

I want to get rid of the carpeting on the door. That always seemed retarded to me on a sports car.
Will you be offering just that portion? I'd like to do it in a black with quilted stitching. I might do this with the removable cushions on my GT3 seats. I think I saw that on a RUF GT3 once.

Really nice leather center console for the 997 at a fair price. Can you match or get close to the factory full leather interior stitching appearance?

Would a customer have to send a center console in advance to have it covered or would you accept a core exchange?

Thanks
