Bumper-plugs are in the mail, I will post pics after they come.

[QUOTE=Mumbles;10130186]Personally I think you'd be better of with the original Porsche mount plate MM, rather than four plug holes and offset plate.

Not sure if you have to drill larger hoes to accept the bumper plugs. To me its gonna look ugly. Sorry pal I'd send it back !

I would agree if it was going to be mounted permanently, I would not have done so if that was the case. It will be installed for yearly inspections only. I have had no front plate on my Shelby for 5 years and only got pulled over once, even that time the officer said he just wanted to check out my car.

Marv,

I'm in Mass as well and use the tow hook solution like you.

I have no choice in that the police in my town actually look for missing front plates! Ouch!

I hated it but it was necessary.... but in time you accept it , and now it doesn't bother me. (too much)

Much better than a front plate still in my opinion. At least you can take it off easily for Washing and Detailing it.

You'll need to drill larger holes I suspect to accept the 'Bumper Plugs'. I had to my bumper.

I know, I did that yesterday preparing for them, it pained me, but I look forward to seeing what they look like.

Clear Bra went on today so I am picking up the car tomorrow and adding the plugs.

We are working on a plate mount solution and may have prototypes ready soon. I have some volunteers already, but it's a work in progress for those who absolutely must have a front plate. Not related to the tow plug area at all. Really looks good but some additional development needed.
