Mileage
Bought my 2005 997.1 on 5/20/2014 with 37,787 miles. Took it out of the garage on 4/07/2015 with 40,304 miles. Took it out again on 4/18/2016 with 45,205 miles and this year took it out with 50,355 miles. I don't drive it in New York's winters but you can see it's been around. So far this year we have 55,119 miles and counting. It really is a pleasure to drive.

That is massively impressive, has it been trouble free up to this point? about to get into a .2 myself I hope soon, and doing the digging on any future expensive problems.

See my August entry ... at 100K miles. I've owned lots of cars, but never anything as good or reliable. Only parts that are not original are tires, filters, oil, wipers, front brakes, one front axle boot (chip seal stones in Idaho caused a rip ... not the car's fault), brake fluid, plugs, battery (one time), PDK oil/ pan, and that's it. Still get near to 30 mpg commuting (25 miles, mostly freeway). 25K miles per rear tires, near to 40K per fronts (MPSS). Oil change every 5K miles. No creaks or rattles (and no felt tape added). From my experience, I don't see how you can go wrong. Good luck with your search.

Three Wheelin'
Just about to hit 60k miles. Only scheduled maintenance and some preventative....water pump, coolant tank, coils, motor mounts. Then the miriad of mods.

Here's another point of reference. I originally posted to this question on 11/19/12 and reported 20K miles on the clock. I am still the happy and proud owner of my 2009 C2S and have surpassed 41K miles. So far the car has been trouble free, I have followed all recommended service at the proper intervals and burn little to no oil between annual oil changes. Overall, this has been a great ride.
