Does anyone know why both new and used 2012 GTSs are being so heavily discounts?

In the range of 10%-15% of sticker for nrand new cars.

Beachwood Porsche in Cleveland has a just arrived GTS 4 Coupe discounted 10% on their website.

Porsche of Fairfield in CT a CPO'd 2012 which is loaded and 2,600 miles for $108,000.
And this is before negotiating.

I'm considering trading my 2010 C2S Coupe for one. When I take it in for service I'll see what deal I can make.

I wouldn't consider 10% heavy discounting, but anything above 15% is attractive.

I agree. I bought my 2012 GTS, brand new, last June with a 10% discount. Should be able to do better now.
