This quote summarizes my feelings exactly. I've owned an '08 C2, an '09 C2S PDK, and now my '11 GTS PDK. Given my short attention span I'm sure I'll end up with some version of the 991 within a couple of years.

But not yet. I spent yesterday at an AX event and had a great time with my car. A local dealer brought a 991 to display and I think it looks great. But for now at least, I prefer my GTS. It's a year old and I feel no yearnings (not yet, anyway) to replace it. Now when a 991 GT3 or GTS appears...

I am still smitten with my GTS and while I could make the change this week if I wanted have no desire to. The new 991 has just made me love my GTS more for some reason.

My sentiments exactly. Drove the new 991 for a lengthy test ride. Nice...but just...nice, didn't blow me away. I came away appreciating my GTS all the more. I too expect to have a 991 in the future, and was offerred a nice trade on my 12 GTS, but I wasn't the least bit interested. Just had a buddy test drive the same 991S w/PDK and he opted for a sweet deal on a specced out 997.2 S. Just didn't thrill him. I'm holding out for a 991 GTS or maybe a 991GTS is they make one.
