Do all GTS cars have centerlock wheels?

Hi, were there any 997.2 GTS cars that came with regular 5 lugs rims?

The centerlock wheels were standard on the GTS and the Carrera Sport wheels were a no-cost option. It's just a matter of how the car was ordered.

i see. i looked a bit on a used market but it does not seem to be a single one with normal wheels around here.

Unless the offset is different on the GTS version, the Carrera Sport wheel is the same wheel that's been offered for quite a while on other Carreras. I have them on my car. Are you looking for a GTS with the Carrera Sports or do you just want the wheels themselves?

i already have wheels, so i was looking for gts car that already has 5 lugs. with all adjustable arms i do not care of offset diffs, it can be set to what i want. i just start to believe those GTS cars with 5 lugs are as real as unicorns.

Mike: I think CLs were an option along with lug nuts. You had to pick one or the other.

So neither was "standard", you had to choose one or the other at no additional cost......got it.

I don't think so. The center locks were standard, at least on mine. Carrera Sports were a no cost option.

Ok, well that's what I thought initially, but Tony (ADias) convinced me otherwise. Can we get a consensus? ;)

I believe this is the right answer

When I looked into that there was a choice, and lug nut rims were not only Carrera Sports.

My understanding, when I spec-ed my car in Fall 2010, was that Black CLs were part of the "GTS Package."
You could opt for Carrera Sports at no charge. I also remember you could order your center lock wheels in silver at no charge, too.
I have no idea, but I'd guess the majority of GTS cars were built with the center locks, so finding a used one with the five-lug set-up could be a challenge.

The GTS is (was) available with only two wheel choices. The standard wheel is the RS Spyder Wheels with Center Locking. The only other wheel available is the Carrera Sport. The standard wheel color for both wheels is black. Silver is an option for either wheel, as is the "Painted in Exterior Color" option.

Check out the configurator. The GTS variants are still listed.
