Default Weekend DB Carbon Project

It's been a long time coming but this weekend I start updating my '06 C2 (owned since new). Decided late last year to add some carbon bits to the interior.

After looking at all the carbon options I chose DB Carbon - excellent quality, great warrantee and wonderful customer service from Daniel.

I'd call this phase 1 focusing on the center console. I'd ordered the parts back in December but was in the midst of building a small garage. Now that I've finished the garage it's time to get to work.

Wish me luck! Will follow up with progress status and pics

Nice Ducati in the background. I'm thinking of getting a 1299 Panigale soon.

DC911 S I am willing to sell my HEAVILY modified and well taken care of Panigale after I get back from deployment. I could sell my Streetfighter S next spring...but am considering getting the Tank repainted Basalt Black to match my upcoming Turbo. The XDiavel S though...this is by far the best Ducati/motorcycle I have ever ridden. SO MUCH FUN

Thanks. I almost got a Panni R a few weeks ago, it was a 2013 with....only 250 miles on it. But I waited a bit long and it got sold. They guy had it on consignment at Colemans in Va, he got a Super Lagerra. Was going to the dealer today but the C4S needed some action.

Well it's done - took a little longer as I ordered some addition door trim from DB Carbon.

It was a fun project - DIY's here were SO very helpful. It's a lot of work when taking your time. I think the most stressful and challenging was getting the darn door panels off. Man the German engineers clearly did not want to chance them falling off or coming loose

The DB Carbon parts all fit well and the quality finish is outstanding. Made it more stressful for me because I didn't want to make a scratch. Have to say though the finish is tough cause I had butterfingers with one piece and it showed no marks at all.

My one mistake was forgetting I had purchased some DB Carbon armrest covers from someone on here. Once everything was all buttoned up and I was putting the original parts away I found them. DOH! Being too lazy to take the doors apart I've decided to sell them...

I'm very happy - it's not over the top but I think really complements the interior.

After:

Will be selling these -
