Market price for a 2009 997 S Cab with 3'000 miles
A friend of mine has this car (since brand new), as you can see with very little use, now, it even has the Porsche Warranty extension on it. (Was done when he extended the lease.)
Not using it, now, he want to have his car for sale.
Car was always garaged, never had a touch of paint, is 100% original and looks like brand new. (Location : San Francisco.)
What would be in your opinion the market price for such car these days ?

about $75-80k. does it have pdk? nav (not just the nav button)? subtract 10% to sell it fast.
