Hi I'm currently considering purchasing a used 07' 997.1tt but one of the sticking points is the bottom left side of the driver's seat flapping out w/ what appears to be a loosing of the cushion / leather due to the previous owner being overweight.

Any suggestions? Has anyone encountered this problem and solved it?

When something like that happens I think you have to go to a specialist to have it fixed. They may need to rebuild the interior of that bolster with new foam. You may even want to consider having the leather replaced now. OR, buy another used car instead!
