PSE default setting on 997.2 on start-up
What's the default setting on PSE on 997.2 ?
On my old 996, it was on (loud setting) at startup, and I'm wondering if its the same on 997.2 Carrera with manual tranny, sport-Pasm, sport chrono. Being installed today at dealer. Thanks

The default setting for the PSE is silent.

Unplug the PSE connector in the engine compartment and your PSE will be ON all the time. The connector is on the RH side of the engine up along the intake plenum and runners. It's got a spring locking connector. Just squeeze the spring and you can disconnect the harness. Do a search, there must be a photo of this on this or other forums.
