06 C4 Cab 6-spd, triple black, not much options. comfort/heated seat, bose, supple leather, 39k miles, still under CPO till summer 2012. Dealer maintained. clean autocheck. I really like the car from describtion. haven't seen the car in person yet but my heart start to beating fast when i think about...we are fairly close in terms of price but does low 40's sounds about right?

That seems like an extremely good price for a 997. Being an AWD is usually more expensive but this is very fair. Also, it's better for you being an 06 model--things were a lot more settled down on the 997 models by 06. (My 06 997S Cab is outstanding!)

I think that if you can get this car for low 40s, you'll be doing very well. I'd expect that it's value was more like high 40s low 50s, unless it has some issues.
