Yes, finally got the programming done by a friend with a PIWIS 2, However the Phone buttons are not functional on the Alpine radio they did work on the PCM 2.1 It's an issue with the NAV-TV 210.
Dealership passed on the programming job, they claim they didn't do the work on the module and wheel swap.
