Oh, what can be said ... It was a clean the snow off my cars and let the warmth of the sun bring them back to ambient temperature.

You are correct Petza914. The c150 and c152 codes come up if you scan the car and it is not running. I love scanning the car and it comes back with zero codes.

Drove the Princess to her spa day in style.
Before and after photos.
I think she likes riding in the Porsche more than the Ferrari.

You'll notice its upside down - it not supposed to be used with my detector, a 9500ix, because the power connection is on the the wrong side. However it works just fine (other than being upside down) if you install it on the other side.
That's very cool. Thanks for making us aware of this new option.

I've been wanting to add dashcams to my other vehicles, almost all of which have Escort radar detectors in them, but not really wanting to take apart the center roof consoles again to source power, so this is perfect. I wonder if it would also work with a Valentine One as it looks like it's just piggybacking the power cord and passing it through to the detector from the camera. I'd need to figure out the mount on a couple of them though as I use Blendmount Mirror mounts in 3 of the cars that would need them and don't want to go back to the suction cup.

If my Escort detectors have the power port on the right side, then the camera could be installed right side up, correct. I think all of my 9500s are right side power plugs, as is my V1.

Have you looked at any of the video both from day and night driving? How is it?

Zunsport grill install today

And the leaves and junk on the garage floor is the stuff that i removed from the grills before installation. There was a lot of stuff in there and I clean it periodically.

Looks good. I recently installed the Rennline ones. I like the look and feel better having them there, especially for track days.

Question - Are those LED turn signals/fog lights installed on your car? If so, I’d like more info on them.

Lebby83, the signals/fogs are indeed LED. They work great. I drive during the day with them on all the time for visibility. Very bright. Bought them from Unique Style Racing. uniquestyleracings.com

Took my wheel of and mailed it to Latvia for Ledermanz to rebuild. Not going to lie, it’s a little uneasy sending your wheel half way around the world.

Upgraded the wife's wipers to the PIAA silicone refills I've been using on all my cars lately. You install the refills into the OEM wipers so you preserve the proper curvature and pressure designed by Porsche.

The full prep process, takes about 75 minutes to do, which includes:
  1. cleaning the windshield,
  2. then using the cleaning fluid as a lubricant with a razor blade to scrape the glass,
  3. then alcohol as a lubricant with the razor blade to scrape the glass,
  4. then a final clean with alcohol
  5. then you apply the silicone PIAA coating from the sealed packet and run the wipers on the dry windshield for about 2 minutes to spread the silicone coating and apply a surface coating of it to the wiper edge
  6. then you wet the windshield with a rag with water and buff it dry and shiny with paper towels.
Now, the next time she's out in the rain (might be tomorrow), the wipers will be completely smooth and silent.

Here's a pic from step one where the foaming window cleaner clearly shows the wiper path where the junk has accumulated from the wipers dragging across the windshield. This is what makes the wipers hop and chatter when running. If I were to spray it again now, it would look much more uniform.

Interestingly, I just bought a set of turn signal lamps for my R129 SL500 from Latvia. Packaged very well and delivered without a hitch.
