What did you do to your 997 today?

Advanced
New to me 06 C2S purchased about 3 weeks ago, very well taken care of only 25k miles. This weekend I hard wired a radar detector and today I got an xpel clear bra installed on the full front of car and got the yellowed stone guards replaced.
I’ve also already changed the cabin and air filter, spent 8 hours doing paint polishing, installed a Tranzit Bluetooth connection and changed the interior lights to led lights.
Having fun so far. Still up ceramic coating and waiting for warmer weather to really enjoy it a bit more.

1. Flat 6 takes a bit of running to get the oil temp up - especially the Pentosin 5-40W I'm using - so plenty of time to rock out while the symphony is warming up.
2. I'm married for 30 years to a music professor with a doctorate in music. She is not happy without listening to music. Since she is a sex machine when she is happy, we listen to a lot of music when she is along for a ride.

What Paint Did You Use
Rodney - What paint did you use for the Steering Wheel insert? That grey on the ring around the airbag, the only piece in my entire interior with that grey, drives me crazy. I am torn between painting and carbon fiber wrap. Seeing yours makes me want to paint

Three Wheelin'
Got her extremely dirty driving down the California coast to Bean Hollow State Beach with the family this weekend. Who said a 911 isn't family friendly? Boys love the backseat, except long drives lead to to fights over who gets to rest their head on the center hump.
Came home with a backseat full of sand, cookie crumbs, and candy wrappers. Boys have a new routine of just pulling the seat cushion out and dumping the crumbs each time they get out. I dont think Porsche ever considered this use case :-)
I also picked up a nice dent in the rear quarter panel from some a**hole in a parking lot. Big enough to where they knew they did, or just wanted to say f*** you to the guy in the Porsche.
Luckily my autobody guy got his dent repair guy to fix it over lunch for $125. Took 45mins and cant even tell it was ever there. Given the location they had to remove the bumper to get access to the back of the quarter panel. On the plus side, I learned how to remove that for future reference. 15 minute job once you know where all the screws are.

Keep in mind my 997.2 C4S came with the very rare Porsche Option 33.3, which is the Bang & Olson turntable tucked into the space behind the glove box. It comes with a Thorens arm and a classic ADC XLM cartridge and so when it says "Classic Vinyl," it is the real classic vinyl

and tips, then I weighed them 48 lbs, today he's fitting titanium quad tips, total less than 4lbs (-44.5lbs and an alleged +18hp)
so now my full exhaust consists of stainless headers 200cel light weight cats and titanium bypass tips and that's it, so it's 50lbs lighter
and according to the manufactures of the replacement parts about 40hp more.
when I changed the headers and cat the car got quite loud,so it will be interesting to see what difference the muffler delete makes ;-)
Does any one have any suggestions on what i can do next (c2s 2006)
so far I have;
exhaust as above
light weight fly wheel and pulleys
clutch upgrade
82mm plenum and throttle body
induction kit
lsd
305 and 245 tyres

Nice mods. You might need a tune to maximize the performance of the mods.
