Or....maybe we are looking at the 1st extended wheelbase 997.

I would buy some bump stop protection to avoid hitting the front wall repeatedly.

No comments on the tint?

Yup, ~176" car in a ~180" space, but it's out of the way and safe from family car doors. The main garage is 9-10' deeper.

Thanks, now that's going to bug me. I guess I'll have to paint it!

If you look closely, there is a 2x4 stop epoxied to the floor, I haven't hit the wall yet!

Removed the old yellowed stone guards and replaced them with matte black guards. The first one took about 1.5 hrs from start to finish. The other took nearly 3 hrs as it came off in tiny little pieces and left a lot of adhesive i had to clean off. I really like the retro look on my Arctic silver 997 and it breaks up all that silver. Please excuse my messy garage.

Nice. I'm thinking of doing the same thing on my White 997.2. I think the black stone gurage will give it a great look, Mind telling me where you get these stone guards and how much you pay for them ?

I purchased the stone guards from KI Studios for $65/set. I have no affiliation with the vendor.

There are other vendors that have offerings like gloss black, carbon fiber look etc.

I was thinking the same thing. Mine is not as tight, I have bins and other crap in the front and I ended up cracking my paint last week.

How do you get out out of the car after shoehorning it in there? Crawl out through the passenger side?

I open the garage and walk around to access the drivers side. It's parked pretty tight for winter, normally it's not as close to the wall. The parallax of the photo makes it look tighter than it is.

I like the tint as it is.

Looks good. Perfect stance, imo.

Dealer is adding “Sport, sport plus” to my 997.2, excited to see what it yields. Since I’m still under drive train warrantee for another 2,000 miles, anything I should be checking as the coverage ends?? Got all the software upgrades done already
Thanks

Let the wife drive it to Costco (yeah, I know, but she loves driving it almost as much as I do).
When she came back, another P-car had stopped by to say hello!
