Committed fully to my 997 C2S by selling my beloved 993... simply not driving the 993 anymore and sold it to someone who will take good care of my baby. Frees up a space in the garage for the Cayenne.

Later took the 997 in for emission check... young guy in the car next to me - "Wow... nice car man" and flashed a thumbs up

Took it for a good hard drive on my favorite local handling loop, brought it home for a wash job, and tucked it back under the cover. Great way to spend the morning.

We decided to have a Porsche Sport Exhaust installed at the dealer. Hard to justify spending the $$$, but we are going for it.

I ordered a set of Porsche Sport Exhaust for the 997.2 from Suncoast Porsche today. They are shipping them to my local Porsche dealer to install.

Thanks Mike!

Unfortunately, they won't get installed for another week or so. I am flying to San Antonio next Thursday and will return on Sunday. Maybe I can get them installed on Monday, Oct. 10th.

Ahhhh..... Just picked up my 997.1 from the detailers with newly resurfaced and balanced wheels and a new set of Pilot Super Sports. Stunning. The wheels looked so new that I actually thought they'd made a mistake and put a completely different style of rims on by mistake. Excellent ride and so great to back in him.

Took it for a drive to work today, after installing the leather dash end plates with deviated stitching and the leather cup holder dash kit .
