Please confirm for me how far down is "down" when passenger window is down all the way? In other words, how far down should it go?

Huh? Entire window is recessed in the door.

Thanks. As you may have imagined, mine does not. I searched the forum for this info before I posted, but could not find any pre-school era topics. Just needed confirmation.

Does it seem to be a mechanical issue, or electrical? As you may recall, you can solve many of the electrical issues by keeping the down button pressed for 3 seconds after the window is fully down, and the reverse for up. Try reeducating the windows again, and perhaps they will learn where fully down is.

I will try that, but I suspect otherwise. Dealership had to adjust that window recently and screwed something up to the point of having to replace the glass altogether. To add insult, I think whatever part is broken is in the door as I can hear something move back and forth on that side of the car with braking and acceleration.

Unfortunately, it appears your best bet is taking it back to the dealer.
