Default Another 997 Price Check Request

I'm a current 996 owner looking to move up to a 997. A colleague of mine has a 2009 C2S, 2800 miles with the following options:

PDK
PASM
Sport Chrono Plus
Adaptive Sport Seats
Navigation package
Bose stereo.

Original sticker price was $102,720

What's it worth?

I would say in the $74k to 76k range.

You can search on the Porsche web site for Pre-owned cars at Porsche dealers. Some of them are CPO cars, but tht will give you a range. Also search on Autotrader to get another benchmark. Remember those posted prices are "asking" prices (which will be higher than my numbers above) but cars will usually sell for less than the asking price.

I bought my 2009 997S Nov 2009 when Porsche was seriously discounting the remaining 09 models. The MSRP on my 997S was $96,355 and I paid $85,165.00 out the door including taxes, tags, processing. Brand new with 7 miles. My car has 5500 miles and I have wondered what it would be worth. I definitely recommend the 2009 and on as the 997.2 is an awesome improvement to the first gen 997!

Mine was new 2009 Carrera S with sticker of $102,000 and I purchased for $77,000 when they were discounting so your numbers look correct.

Thanks for the info, very helpful.

Another question - every C2S that I've looked at with PDK also has Sport Chrono Plus, were they a package or could you get PDK without SC+?

You want the SC with PDK. It adds sport gear modes to the PDK and also launch control.

Supposedly the sport programming can now be added after the fact by Porsche to non wart PDK cars.....$1200 or so.
