Although you have a good case the issue always winds up to be, just how much money do you truly want to tie up in litigation. Always assume the worst--that they will want to go to trial, and the cost of that PCM suddenly seems dirt cheap. With any decent attorney at $425 an hour, just getting a 'sternly written' letter produced can give you a little better feeling inside, but ultimately only a coordinated attack (i..e, class action) would get their attention. Unfortunately, the number of customers negatively affected with moisture intrusion is so low that you would fail to get enough of a class to make it worthwhile.

The best you can do is to embarrass them on the public forums!
