No kidding!

I couldn't care less who drives in the rain and who doesn't.

This dead horse has been beaten to a pulp. Leave it alone already!

I like the "special" feeling I get when I hop in the 911.
The way I preserve it is to only drive it on nice days which amplify the feeling.
Fortunately I live in California, where we get 300 nice days per year.

No ****.

I would have guessed 1-2 pages of flaming Alfaguy for the dumb question and that would be that. Ya never know.

So - where were we? Oh yes the rain thing.

Even in Ireland we get dry days so the 911 gets used at least three times a week. Not bad considering there are 8 other vehicles in the fleet.

10 pages and nobody touched the subject of different rain types and which is the one to avoid.

We have
convenctional rain
orographic rain
frontal rain
sand rain
frog rain
cartoon style rain that follows your car only

So lets hear it.

I vote sand rain cause even if you find shelter sand may have entered the air filter and destroy the engine even when dry and safe.

My Ford Expedition stays outdoors all the time. On a quiet day you can hear it rust.
