Sport Exhaust, Porsche VS Akrapovic
For the lucky 997.2 owners with out the PSE, a new options is available if you want to be able to control your exhaust noise.
Akrapovic Exhaust
I am not aware of the price but it is nice to have an option besides OEM, and it seems to also be lighter!

I would be ready to shell out at least $4K for the setup in the picture, maybe more.

tx. i'll keep you guys updated. the appealing thing is the remote on/off they make....i know it's not the most cost effective solution but i'm not committed to it yet either.

The systems aren't cheap, with the complete titanium systems (including headers and cats) for GT3s running around $14,400 MSRP. I'm not sure how much the the cat-back systems are, but speedmerchants carries them.

Anybody has bought this exhaust system?? Thrilled by the fact that it's light, sounds like a GT3 and it has a valve control! WOW. If this is just a $1000 over the tubi then it's worth it.
